Our lead instructor, David Delafield, has several very large projects underway and needs more time to focus. He will not be teaching courses for Mammut February - May of 2019. During this time, we are only able to accommodate shorter workshops. But come summer, we will be scheduling Canoe skills workshops, the river expedition, and a series of Plant Walks.
What We Do:
Bushcraft is all about learning to enjoy being in the outdoors through confidence in your ability to care for yourself. Here at Mammut Bushcraft, we offer instruction in the essential skills & knowledge to live, play and enjoy being in the outdoors. From edible plant walks to Paddle Canada certfications in canoeing and kayaking, bushcraft and survival skills, to guided excursions we are committed to providing quality instruction, guiding and mentoring for life in the outdoors.
From our base in Central Alberta we are able to offer wilderness survival and outdoor living skills courses that reflect the landscapes and ecosystems of western Canada. Mountains, rivers, lakes, boreal forest, prairies, summer and winter, we can provide training that meets your needs and requirements.
Our instructors are carefully selected for their knowledge and passion for creating positive learning environments. Whether you need wilderness survival training for industry, personal skill development, or home preparedness we would appreciate the chance to work with you.
